Los Angeles City College Foundation honors students at Scholarship Ceremony

On May 21, The Los Angeles City College Foundation (LACCF) held its Spring 2024 Scholarship Ceremony at Los Angeles City College. The Foundation was proud to honor the achievements of over 200 students who received awards. The event was attended by valued donors, faculty, staff and supporters.  

Throughout the Spring semester, LACC students had the chance to apply for scholarships valued up to $1,000. These grants ease the financial burdens often faced by students pursuing their educational goals. This allows them to focus on their studies and pursue academic excellence.  

At the ceremony, students were commended for their hard work and dedication. They also had the opportunity to meet the supporters who champion their aspirations.  

The LACCF scholarships are made possible by the generosity of emeriti, alumni and community partners who are committed to helping students grow academically and pursue their dreams.
