Jacob Soboroff joins the next installment of the Nick Beck Investigative Journalism Lecture Series!

We are so excited to invite our LACC family to join us for an exclusive screening of “Separated” with NBC correspondent and New York Times bestseller, Jacob Soboroff! Spend an evening with us as we dive deep into the world of journalism and current world politics.

The film “Separated”, based off of Jacob Soboroff’s book “Separated: Inside An American Tragedy”, incisively probes one of the darkest chapters in recent American history: family separations. Merging narrative vignettes of one migrant family’s plight with hard-hitting interviews with government officials, the film paints a jaw-dropping picture of the state-sponsored crisis of cruelty, as hundreds of families remain separated today.
